Hey there, I’m Arabeth

I believe everyone deserves a place where they can be accepted for who they are.

I am here to provide you with compassion and support.

Arabeth Mashek in office

You’re tired of being stressed out all of the time.

You’re in the right place.

You are so overwhelmed. You doubt yourself all of the time. You’re finding it difficult to find fulfillment and happiness. You long for a more peaceful life. Time to laugh and connect. To feel free to be you without always worrying about what others will think.

I am here to help you get there. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help get you to where you want to be. We’ll examine together how you got to where you are. What patterns are not serving you. And to do things differently.

What to expect in therapy with me

I have a relaxed and integrative approach. I draw from many different types of therapy and tailor my sessions to what fits best for each person.

We’ll work together. I will not tell you what to do. I view my work as a guide to help you in your journey.

I will support you. Cheer for you!

We’ll laugh quite a bit. I do not believe therapy has to be serious all of the time to do hard work.

It will also be a safe place to talk about the really hard stuff and to cry.

Nothing you will say will shock me. I have heard it all.
